Transport and Delivery

For security reasons, the Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address registered on the order confirmation, unless otherwise indicated by the Customer and at the time of delivery the signature of the Customer or a delegate older than 18 years will be required. made deliveries to post office boxes.
For each order placed on the Site, LA MATASSA PAZZA issues a receipt for the Products shipped, sending it by e-mail to the holder of the order, in accordance with Presidential Decree 445/2000 and Legislative Decree 52/2004. For the issue of the receipt, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is valid. No change in the receipt will be possible after its issue.
Delivery costs are charged to the customer and are clearly highlighted in the order form.
All purchases will be delivered by selected courier (hereinafter, "Courier") from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, public holidays and local or national holidays.
LA MATASSA PAZZA is not responsible for unforeseeable delays and / or attributable only to the Courier against which the complaints of the case must be made. Delivery times range from 3 to 5 days.
In any case, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, in accordance with Article 61 of the Consumer Code, the Products will be delivered within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the day following the conclusion of the contract in compliance with the preceding paragraph, unless
LA MATASSA PAZZA communicates - within the same term or by the latest date agreed for delivery, also by e-mail - the impossibility of delivering the Products ordered following the unexpected unavailability, even temporary, of the Products. In the event of such communication, LA MATASSA PAZZA will refund any sums already paid by the Customer for the payment of the supply.
In the event that, following the communication of
LA MATASSA PAZZA of a delay in the delivery date, the Customer wishes to cancel the order, any amount already paid by the Customer will be refunded as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 30 ( thirty) days from the date of receipt by LA MATASSA PAZZA of the notice of cancellation of the order except for customized Products.
For the delivery of the Products, the presence of the Customer or his representative must be present at the address of the recipient indicated in the order. Upon delivery of the Products by the Courier, the Customer is required to check:
(i) that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document (DDT);
(ii) that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials. Any damage to the packaging and / or the Product or the mismatch in the number of packages or information must be immediately notified in writing on the Courier's proof of delivery. Once the Courier's document has been signed without the Customer having made any objection, the Customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of the delivered package.

Returns and Refunds

LA LA MATASSA PAZZA wishes to guarantee complete customer satisfaction. Pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reason, by returning the Products, other than the customized ones referred to in paragraph 12, purchased on the Site within the term of 14 (fourteen) days starting from the date of receipt of the Products.
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, LA MATASSA PAZZA will refund the full price of the Products as long as they are returned by the Customer within 14 days of exercising the right of withdrawal unworn, unused and undamaged, as well as accompanied by the relative original receipt, and with the institutional packaging.

Refunds will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase.
The costs for returning the Products are charged to the Customer; any expenses incurred by the Customer for the return will not be refundable.

LA MATASSA PAZZA undertakes to reimburse the Customer without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date of receipt by the same of the notice of withdrawal from the contract pursuant to art. 54 of the Consumer Code; and will send an e-mail notification once the refund has been made.
It is recommended to send the Products to be returned using a courier, insuring the full amount of the goods, and taking care to receive a tracking number to allow tracking of the shipment. LA MATASSA PAZZA will not be responsible for reimbursement or compensation relating to Products shipped by the Customer but which have never been received by LA MATASSA PAZZA due to loss, theft or damage that are not attributable to the same.

Product Replacement

LA MATASSA PAZZA intends to provide Customers with the possibility of replacing the Products purchased on the Site and for this purpose the Customer must necessarily follow the procedure indicated below.
The Customer who is not fully satisfied or who believes there is a discrepancy with the order placed must keep all the documentation relating to the delivery and the Product itself in its original packaging and immediately contact LA MATASSA PAZZA.
The Product to be replaced must arrive at LA MATASSA PAZZA in the original state of dispatch.
Please note that in the replacement procedure, the amount paid by the Customer will first be refunded with the same payment methods used by the Customer for the purchase and then the new transaction will be carried out.
The shipping costs related to the return of the Product are charged to the Customer.
The replacement Product will be sent to the Customer by courier without additional shipping costs being charged exclusively in the event that the replacement is made by the Customer due to a defect in the Product.

Should a Product sold by LA MATASSA PAZZA show a manufacturing defect and in any case for any lack of conformity relating to Products sold by LA MATASSA PAZZA, the Customer must immediately contact assistance.
The legal guarantees provided for in articles 129, 130 and 132 of the Consumer Code apply to the sale of the Products. The Customer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement or, in the event that these remedies fail, to an adequate reduction in the price or termination of the contract. The Customer loses these rights if he does not report the lack of conformity to LA MATASSA PAZZA within two months from the date on which he discovered the defect.
